GRAMIUM POLICIES

Terms of use

These terms describe the current Gramium beta and its present limits. They do not promise regulatory status, uninterrupted availability, a financial result or a future feature.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

AT A GLANCE
  • Market and project information is informational, not financial advice.
  • Gramium is non-custodial; wallet actions require the user’s approval.
  • Paid placements are labeled and kept separate from editorial ordering.

Questions or requests[email protected]

1. Scope

By using Gramium, you agree to use the current beta responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet or use the account functions. The privacy notice describes the implemented data flows.

2. Market and project information

Gramium organizes public TON, market and project information for discovery and comparison. Prices, liquidity, volume, balances, project descriptions and business-model labels can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. A listing, label or editorial position is not verification, endorsement, investment research or a promise that a project makes money.

Users must check wallet addresses, token contracts, liquidity, transaction details and third-party sources before acting. Gramium does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Data reuse

Gramium-authored dataset descriptions, methodology, classifications and normalized compilations may be quoted or reused with clear attribution and a link to the relevant Gramium page. Underlying blockchain records and third-party market or protocol data remain subject to their original providers’ rights and terms; this permission does not relicense those source records or grant rights in third-party names, logos or trademarks.

3. Wallet connection and account access

Gramium uses TON Connect. A ton_proof signature can verify control of the connected wallet address and create a Gramium session. It does not reveal the private key and, by itself, does not transfer funds. You are responsible for the wallet, device and recovery material you choose to use.

Signing out closes the Gramium account session. Disconnecting the wallet connection is a separate action. Gramium may reject an invalid, expired, replayed, wrong-domain or wrong-network proof.

4. Transactions and non-custodial access

Gramium does not custody wallet funds. Where a swap or other transaction interface is available, the user’s wallet must show and approve the transaction. Blockchain transactions and third-party smart-contract interactions can fail, incur network or protocol fees, change in value or be irreversible. The user decides whether to sign and broadcast them.

For a sponsor payment, the signed wallet submission is only the first verification stage. Gramium separately checks the exact finalized incoming transaction on-chain before treating the payment as confirmed or activating a placement.

5. Sponsor placements

Paid placements are labeled as sponsored inventory. Payment does not change the editorial order of the project list and does not buy an endorsement, ranking, guaranteed traffic, guaranteed performance result or revenue claim.

Self-serve checkout is available only when the dashboard reports that server-side payment configuration and verification are healthy. An advertiser may choose a project already listed by Gramium or provide a project name, public HTTPS URL, category, short description and optional PNG or WebP logo. The advertiser must have the right to use every uploaded logo. Custom sponsor details are advertiser-supplied, are not an editorial listing or endorsement, and must not impersonate another project. A campaign can start immediately after payment confirmation or reserve consecutive future UTC weeks beginning Monday; Gramium locks the submitted project details, uploaded logo, selected schedule, placement, total price, duration, TON recipient, network and payment reference on the server. Payment fields supplied by the client are not accepted.

Campaign creation can require a Turnstile anti-abuse check. Passing that check does not verify wallet ownership, reserve inventory, or confirm payment. A displayed availability label also does not reserve inventory. Only the server can create a temporary hold and a one-time payment intent.

The wallet transaction must be approved before its expiry. A wallet prompt, signed submission or pending blockchain transaction is only the first verification stage and is not proof of payment. Activation occurs only after a separate server process matches the exact finalized incoming transaction to the payment intent; a future booking remains scheduled until its selected start. Late, mismatched, bounced, aborted, duplicated or otherwise ambiguous transactions are not activated automatically.

Refunds are never automatic. If Gramium receives TON but cannot activate the corresponding placement, the payment is placed in manual review. Any approved refund is sent as a separate manual treasury-wallet transaction; network fees, incorrect transfers, duplicate payments and late payments may require additional review.

The campaign dashboard can report measured sponsor-card impressions, tracked sponsor-link clicks and click-through rate. A measured impression requires at least 50% visibility for one second, and clicks are counted through a Gramium redirect. These figures are operational measurements, not independently audited human-audience guarantees: blockers, network failures, automated traffic that is not detected, shared devices and repeat visits can affect them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Gramium to impersonate another person, submit deceptive project information, distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, replay wallet proofs, interfere with the service, or violate the rights of others. Gramium may restrict access to protect users, the service or third parties.

7. Third-party services

Wallet software, TON infrastructure, explorers, market-data services, swap protocols, Cloudflare and DataFast are independent services. Their availability, data, fees, contracts and policies are not controlled by this page. Opening an external link or approving a wallet request can place you under that provider’s terms.

8. Beta availability and changes

Gramium is a beta service. Features, data providers and interfaces may change or be withdrawn, and no service-level agreement or guaranteed uptime is offered. These terms may be updated when the product changes; the date at the top identifies the version shown on this site.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms or a sponsor-account record can be sent to [email protected].
